business owners directly with his extensive network of qualified private equity investors.

buyers, Ian set out to elevate the M&A experience for lower middle market companies. He
believed that by combining deep industry expertise with a personal, high-touch approach, he
could help owners maximize value while finding the right partner for the next chapter.</div>
<div class="para">Nearly a decade later, Sassoon M&A continues to open doors for entrepreneurs,
facilitating over $350 million in successful transactions. But more than the numbers, it's
the impact on our clients' lives that drives us—helping them gain financial freedom, secure

Ian Sassoon is a seasoned M&A advisor with over 25 years in financial services and a track record of transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Known for his calm demeanor and ability to build instant rapport, Ian excels at understanding each business owner's unique goals and crafting strategies to exceed them. His experience spans healthcare, business services, consumer products, and more, with a focus on family-owned and founder-led businesses in the $5-50M revenue range.
</p>
<p>
Prior to founding Sassoon M&A in 2014, Ian's diverse background included luxury real estate sales, options trading on Wall Street, and an MBA from NYU. This multifaceted experience allows him to bring a creative, holistic approach to every transaction. Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time outdoors with his family in their hometown of Pomona, NY.
